War On Terror Is A Nationwide Fight: DG ISPR

Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, said that the war against terrorism is a fight of the entire nation, with full coordination between the state and the people.

Speaking at an important press conference, DG ISPR stated that the briefing aimed to provide a comprehensive review of counter-terrorism measures taken last year, emphasizing that terrorism remains the biggest threat facing Pakistan today.

He added that 2025 was a historic and productive year in the fight against terrorism, witnessing unprecedented intensity in counter-terrorism efforts across the country.

According to DG ISPR, there were 27 suicide attacks in Pakistan last year, but the security forces continued effective operations, successfully thwarting terrorist plots.
