President Of Iran Died In Helicopter Crash

The Iranian government has confirmed that the helicopter of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi crashed in East Azarbaijan province, in which Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahi, Governor of East Azarbaijan Malik Rahmati, Imam of Tabriz Seyed Mohammad Al-Hashim, President’s Security The unit’s commander, Sardar Syed Mehdi Mousavi, along with the guard and helicopter crew were killed.

This development was confirmed by Vice President Mohsin Mansoori in a statement on social media and state television. President Ibrahim Raisi’s helicopter crashed in East Azerbaijan when he was returning to Tabriz after the inauguration of the dam. Earlier, Turkish media claimed that the helicopter of Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi had been found. And the Turkish drone also identified the Iranian president’s helicopter with a ‘thermal source’.

The Turkish authorities informed the Iranian authorities about the location indicated by the thermal source. Later, the Revolutionary Guards also confirmed that the debris was found at the place. After the identification, the emergency teams left for the accident site, but due to heavy fog, rain, and reduced visibility, the rescue personnel faced difficulties.
