Emir Of Qatar and Kuwait Accepted The Invitation To Visit Pakistan

The Emir of Kuwait and the Emir of Qatar have accepted the invitation to visit Pakistan. The ambassadors of Qatar and Kuwait posted in Pakistan held separate meetings with Shahbaz Sharif.

The Qatari ambassador also presented the letter of the Emir of Qatar to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The visit of the Emir of Kuwait and the Emir of Qatar will be effective in increasing cooperation in investment.

Honorable Mubarak Ali Isa Al Khattar, Ambassador of Qatar to Pakistan, also met Shehbaz Sharif. The Qatari Ambassador conveyed to the Prime Minister a letter from the Emir of Qatar His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani accepting the Prime Minister’s invitation to pay an official visit to Pakistan on mutually convenient dates.

The Prime Minister conveyed a heartfelt congratulatory message to His Excellency the Emir of Qatar. The Prime Minister said that Pakistan deeply values its historic brotherly relations with Qatar and reiterated Pakistan’s firm determination to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

He said that both sides should begin preparations for His Highness’s visit with an exchange of delegations between the two capitals to ensure that the high-level visit is fruitful and successful and its results for both countries Be mutually beneficial.


Honorable Nasir Abdul Rahman Jasir Al-Mutairi, Ambassador of Kuwait to Pakistan, met at the Prime Minister’s House. He presented to the Prime Minister a letter from the Emir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in which the Prime Minister sent a message to the Emir to accept the invitation to visit Pakistan on mutually convenient dates.

The Prime Minister mentioned his recent meeting with the Emir of Kuwait on the sidelines of the special session of the World Economic Forum in Riyadh on April 28, 2024. The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction that the next meeting of the Pakistan-Kuwait Joint Ministerial Commission will be held in Kuwait from May 28 to 30, 2024. The Prime Minister emphasized full preparation regarding the upcoming visit of the Emir of Kuwait to Pakistan to ensure mutually beneficial results from the visit.
