Applications for the 2024 Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship in Japan are now being accepted. Applications for Awaji Island’s Awaji Youth Federation (AYF) Fellowship Program are open to all international students worldwide. The Pasona Group, an international network of young innovators centered on Awaji Island, Japan, provides funding for the Awaji Youth Fellowship. All applicants are eligible for a fully funded fellowship for AYF 2024. For those who want to travel to and live in Japan, this is their best chance.
Youth with a bachelor’s or master’s degree who are between the ages of 18 and 35 are the target audience for the Awaji Youth Forum. The Fellowship will pay for each participant’s costs during the Program. The three elements that make up the AYF Fellowship are interconnected and mutually supportive.
The Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship seeks to bring together young people who have a strong desire to push themselves. The primary goals are entrepreneurship, cultural production, and the island’s regional revitalization.

Financial Advantages:
The entire program is free for the Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship 2024 in Japan. The program organizers will cover all participant costs for the following expenses listed below.
- JPY 90,000 for the stipend
- taxes and government fees paid
- Program, lodging, and meals included
- private rooms, Western or Japanese style
- Included are utility costs for things like Wi-Fi and electricity.
The food we serve is generally buffet style, despite AYF’s best efforts to accommodate Fellows with dietary restrictions, allergies, or who follow halal or other religious diets.

Young people from different backgrounds, cultures, and disciplines come together to use their skills and solve global problems. Fellows will have the opportunity to grow professionally by actively participating in new ventures and facilities run by Pasona Group on Awaji Island.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ideal age range is between 24 and 30 years old.
- earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree and, for non-native speakers, a TOEIC 800 score in English. (Speaking and writing fluently)
- Competency in Japanese language 㼈JLPT N1-N3）preferred
- dedication to helping our projects and finding solutions to society’s issues.
- Principles of diligence, self-control, and altruism
- Adaptable, tenacious, and resilient
- The capacity and motivation to turn concepts into practical action
- Preferable is membership in and a history of activity within the AYF Global Community.
