Ambassador Of Japan Calls On NA Speaker

Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, stated that Pakistan and Japan have a strong and enduring relationship, supported by robust trade and cooperation. “Pakistan values its relations with Japan and aims to strengthen them further,” he said, during a meeting with Mitsuhiro Wada, the Japanese Ambassador to Pakistan.

Sadiq also expressed the Pakistani Parliament’s strong desire to enhance parliamentary relations between the two countries. He emphasized the importance of regular exchanges of parliamentary delegations to foster comprehensive mutual ties. Highlighting the role of parliamentary diplomacy, he mentioned that the Parliamentary Friendship Group between Japan and Pakistan at the National Assembly of Pakistan exemplifies the commitment to strong bilateral relations between the two countries.

Japan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Mitsuhiro Wada, stated that Japan will continue to collaborate with Pakistan to strengthen economic ties between the two nations. He also expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s economic potential and the ongoing efforts towards economic revitalization. The ambassador endorsed the Speaker’s proposal to diversify trade and economic relations between the two countries, and assured the speaker of Japan’s commitment and continued support for Pakistan’s socio-economic development.
