The Supreme Court has issued an important decision regarding the distribution of property to sisters. Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa wrote the judgment regarding the share of the property to the sisters.
In the judgment, it has been said that the hereditary properties of women should be protected, unfortunately, women are deprived of the right of inheritance.
Some lawyers provide facilities to prevent women from inheriting property.
A fine of Rs 3 lakh is imposed on the petitioner for the baseless litigation, the amount of the fine should be paid to the sisters deprived of the inherited property.
