China has said that a convoy carrying Chinese staff of Port Qasim Electric Power Company (Pvt) Ltd was attacked near Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport on Sunday, leaving two Chinese dead, one injured and some locals injured.
The Chinese Embassy said that the Chinese Embassy and Consulate General in Pakistan strongly condemns this terrorist attack.
Both countries express their deepest condolences to the innocent victims, express their heartfelt sympathy to the injured and their families, and are making every possible effort to deal with this together with Pakistan.

It should be noted that 2 people were killed and 9 injured as a result of a powerful explosion targeting foreign nationals outside the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi on Sunday night.
At least 8 vehicles were damaged in the blast. Sindh Interior Minister Zia Linjar confirmed to News today that the explosion occurred near the vehicle of foreign nationals.
