Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry addressed the nation, clarifying misconceptions surrounding the Azm-e-Istehkam campaign. Addressing the Bannu incident, he recounted how armed personnel opened fire during a peace march, leading to casualties. He emphasized the army’s adherence to SOPs and the provincial government’s responsibility to manage mobs.
