In the Karaki Tajaban area of Turbat, women staged a protest and once again blocked the CPEC highway against the alleged forced disappearance of three members of a single family.
The protest disrupted traffic on roads leading to Turbat, Quetta, Panjgur, Awaran, Kolwah, and Hoshab, resulting in long queues of vehicles.
The missing individuals include 27-year-old pregnant Hani bint Dil Jan, 17-year-old Khair-un-Nisa bint Abdul Wahid, and 18-year-old Mujahid son of Dil Jan.
It is worth noting that a sit-in had been held over the same issue five days earlier, which was postponed after negotiations. However, the protest has resumed in demand for justice.
Authorities and local officials are attempting to control the situation and have urged the public to avoid unnecessary travel.
