Enemy Will Face A Stronger Pakistan Air Force: Air Chief

Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, Chief of Air Staff (COAS), Pakistan Air Force (PAF), has stated that if the country’s sovereignty is challenged again, the enemy will face a much stronger and better-prepared PAF. He made these remarks while addressing the Passing-Out Parade at PAF Academy Asghar Khan, Risalpur, as the guest of honor.

The Air Chief highlighted that the presence of Saudi cadets at the PAF Academy signifies the strong friendship and cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He addressed the cadets, emphasizing that they are the guardians of the nation’s air borders and carry the hopes of the entire country on their shoulders.

Referring to the recent Battle of Truth, he said that despite the enemy’s numerical superiority, Pakistan’s armed forces emerged victorious, a result of unity among all elements of national power and the special blessings of Allah. He praised the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, noting the coordination of the three services as key to the decisive victory.

Air Chief Marshal Sidhu added that PAF, despite limited numbers, successfully downed the enemy’s advanced aircraft, and that the world had never witnessed such a daring use of air power integrated with modern technologies. He also highlighted PAF’s aggressive and creative strategy through the Smart Induction Program, which rapidly incorporated modern fighter jets and cutting-edge technologies.

He reiterated that Pakistan is a peaceful country seeking friendly relations with all nations, but if its sovereignty is challenged again, the enemy will face a far stronger and better-prepared Air Force. He praised the courage and professionalism of PAF personnel, emphasizing that the nation’s trust and sacrifices reflect the Air Force’s bravery and expertise.

During the parade, PAF fighter jets and the Sherdil Aerobatics Team performed a flypast. Today, cadets of the 151st GDP, 97th Engineering, and 108th Air Defence courses graduated from the academy.
