The Balochistan government has purchased 21 new buses to improve public transport facilities in Quetta and Turbat.
According to Secretary Transport Muhammad Hayat Kakar, 17 buses will operate in Quetta and 4 in Turbat. In Quetta, 5 special “Pink Buses” will be dedicated for women, while 12 “Green Buses” will run on different city routes to ensure quality and dignified travel facilities.

He added that the initiative will not only provide citizens with safe, comfortable, and affordable travel but will also create new employment opportunities.
