According to NADRA, the upgraded app allows citizens to access a wide range of services and essential information from their homes, saving time and effort.

Designed to streamline identity-related processes, the updated app offers a more efficient, user-friendly, and accessible experience for the public.

Key upgrades in the new version include:

  • Real-time tracking of ID applications

  • Facial biometric verification at the start of the application process

  • Access to family members’ records without biometric verification

  • Direct appointment booking for NADRA centers via the app

  • A redesigned interface offering smoother navigation and improved accessibility

NADRA has urged all citizens to update the Pak-ID app on their smartphones to take advantage of these newly introduced services.

Authorities reiterated their commitment to strengthening Pakistan’s digital infrastructure and improving public service delivery to ensure greater convenience for all citizens.
