  1. Single Application Use: One application form is valid for one booking. Applicants can submit multiple applications.
  2. Eligibility: All applicants with a valid CNIC are eligible.
  3. Processing Fee: Non-refundable and non-adjustable, payable via Pay Order/Demand Draft to “Margalla Enclave” (NTN # F907422-6).
  4. Allotment Process: Transparent computerized ballot system.
  5. Ballot Results: Successful applicants will receive results via email and courier, and results will be uploaded to the DHAI website.
  6. Intimation Letter: Issued upon confirmation of ballot results and deposit of the required down payment or lump sum, along with applicable charges and government taxes.
  7. Down Payment Details:
  • Lump Sum: 100% payment required within 30 days of the ballot.
  • Installment Plans: 15% of the total sale consideration to be deposited within 30 days of the ballot through online payment methods, Pay Order, or Bank Draft to “Margalla Enclave” (NTN # F907422-6).

Failure to deposit the down payment within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the plot booking.

  1. Installment Default: Failure to pay two consecutive installments will result in cancellation after notice issuance.
  2. Installment Default Policy: Cancellation on Default: If a successful applicant fails to pay two consecutive installments, their plot allotment will be canceled after a notice is issued. It’s crucial to maintain timely payments to avoid any issues with booking confirmation.
  3. Payment Methods: Approved Payment Methods: Payments for the processing fee and down payments should be made through authorized channels such as Pay Order, Demand Draft, Bank Draft, or through online payment options. All payments must be made in favor of “Margalla Enclave” (NTN # F907422-6).
  4. Plot Size and Charges: Varying Charges Based on Plot Size: The booking charges differ for each plot size, ranging from 125 sq/yd to 500 sq/yd. Ensure that you are aware of the charges for the plot size you are interested in before submitting your application.
  5. Transparency and Fairness: Commitment to Fair Practices: The computerized ballot ensures transparency and fairness in the allotment process. Margalla Enclave is committed to providing all applicants with equal opportunities in the plot allocation.
  6. Cancellation of Plot Booking: Automatic Cancellation for Non-payment: If the down payment or installment is not made within the stipulated time frame, the plot booking will be automatically canceled. Margalla Enclave does not entertain extensions on the payment deadline.
