First Smog Tower Installed In Lahore To Eliminate Smog
Lahore: The first smog tower has been installed in Lahore to eliminate smog.
Clinical and lab tests have been completed, and the first field test will be conducted. A smog tower has been installed at the dumping site in Mahmood Buti. The smog tower will absorb chemicals and clean the environment.
The smog tower will be field tested for 15 days. The smog tower will clean 1.2 million cubic meters of air in 24 hours. The smog tower will absorb chemicals through an electrostatic charge.
Secretary Environment Punjab Raja Jahangir Anwar says that air quality will be monitored using monitors.
If the experiment is successful, towers will be installed at various locations in the city. The Mahmood Buti dumping site was selected as the most polluted place for the experiment.
