Malaysia PM Says Tens Of Thousands Of People In Six States Hit By Flooding
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the flood disasters in Malaysia.
In his message, the Prime Minister expressed his heartfelt solidarity with Malaysian Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Anwar Ibrahim and the people of Malaysia.
Expressing his sympathy for the more than thirty thousand affected people, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan and Malaysia are long-standing friends and brotherly countries.
He said that Malaysian Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Anwar Ibrahim is a friend of Pakistan, and Pakistan will not leave him alone in this hour of difficulty.
Shehbaz Sharif said that he stands with the people of Malaysia in this hour of grief.
Pakistan will help its suffering brothers and sisters in Malaysia as much as possible. The adverse effects of climate change are engulfing the whole world.
The whole world must come together and take steps to stop climate change.
It should be noted that flood disasters continue in Malaysia, with more than 37,000 people affected by flooding in 6 states due to heavy rains.
The Malaysian Prime Minister says that the state of Kelantan has been the most affected by the rains and floods, with 30,582 people displaced, and 322 temporary shelters have been set up across Malaysia.
