Quetta: Security personnel were martyred and 11 injured in an attack on a check post on the national highway.
According to security sources, unknown persons attacked the Sabzai check post located on the national highway in Zhob district of Balochistan, in which one security personnel was martyred and 11 injured.
2 civil servants were also injured in the attack.
It should be noted that last week, Deputy Commissioner Sherani’s convoy was also fired upon in the Tung Gwal Hyderzai area of Qila Saifullah.
Deputy Commissioner Shirani Sanama Jabeen and his squad officials remained safe while the attackers escaped due to retaliation. The deputy commissioner’s squad car was damaged in the firing.

In addition, the security forces successfully conducted a joint operation on intelligence-based bases on BLA hideouts in the Harnai area of Balochistan on September 12, 2024.
In which 6 important terrorists of BLK were killed, including Shafu Samalani alias Tadin, Sarmad Khan alias Dastin, Mohammad Gul Murri alias Wahid Baloch, Ghulam Qadir Murri alias Anjeer Baloch, Ubaid Baloch alias Fida and Taj Muhammad alias Babul.
All the dead terrorists were involved in direct attacks on security forces and innocent people.
