Will Enhance Cooperation With China In Space Technology, PM
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan wants to further expand cooperation with China in the fields of space technology, satellite, telecommunications and internet.
He said this during a meeting with a delegation of Chinese space company Galaxy Space, led by Chairman Xu Ming.
The Prime Minister stressed the importance of space technology and said that China is a reliable friend and strategic partner of Pakistan. The Galaxy Space delegation expressed interest in investing and joint projects in Pakistan, and described the meetings with the Ministry of IT, Telecom and Suparco as useful.
The meeting was also attended by Federal Ministers Ahad Khan Cheema, Shaza Fatima, Advisor Dr. Tauqir Shah and relevant officers. The Chinese delegation thanked the government for its warm hospitality to Pakistan.
