Before speaking to the media at the White House, he also signed a document blocking US involvement with the UN Human Rights Council and halting funding for UNRWA, UNRWA, and the UN relief agency for Palestine.
He signed a presidential memorandum that reimposes a tough policy against Iran aimed at preventing the country from obtaining nuclear weapons and limiting its oil exports.
