Thunderstorms Expected in Islamabad and Upper Punjab

Thunderstorms have also been predicted at some places in other cities of Punjab, including Khushab, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Jhang, Noorpur Thal, Mianwal, and Bhakkar.
Rain is also likely in the districts of Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Swabi, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Kurram, Khyber, Waziristan, Bannu, and Dera Ismail Khan of Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain with strong winds and thunderstorms is also expected in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir, while the weather is likely to remain extremely hot and dry in most districts of Balochistan.
