The Federal Minister for Housing, Riyaz Pirzada, shared positive news with the public that work is underway to provide up to 300 units of free electricity to consumers. During his visit to the utility stores, he emphasized that tax coverage would be extended to include those who were previously non-payers.
At present, only landlords are paying the tax. He also announced that the authorities are compiling a list of corrupt government officials. The government’s focus is on rousing the spirit of the nation, whose top priority is to end inflation. Pirzada further stated that Pakistan is now on the path of self-sufficiency and aims to provide convenience to its people.
