Smog Restrictions: Government Allowed Few Works
Lahore: The Punjab government has further relaxed smog restrictions, allowing construction work in 4 districts including Lahore.
According to the details, the Punjab government has issued a notification to relax smog restrictions, according to which kilns will be able to work on zigzag technology, and construction work will be possible in four districts.
According to the notification issued by DG Environment Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh, government and private offices have also been allowed to work with 100 percent staff.
This decision will apply to Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, and Faisalabad, heavy traffic will be able to enter these districts from Monday to Thursday, and heavy traffic will not be allowed to enter from Friday to Sunday.
The notification states that the decision to close shops, markets, and shopping malls at 8 pm has been maintained,
Restaurants will have indoor and outdoor dining until 10 pm, and barbecues will not be allowed without installing a hood system.
