Security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa killed 15 foreign terrorists in two separate operations.
During the fierce exchange of fire, four soldiers, including Lieutenant Muhammad Hassan,n also sacrificed their lives for the motherland.
According to a statement issued by the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), an operation was conducted in the Hathala area of Dera Ismail Khan district based on intelligence, where the presence of Khawarij was reported.
According to the statement, during the operation, security forces effectively targeted the Khawarij hideout, as a result of which 9 Khawarij, including their leaders, were killed.
According to the spokesperson of the Pakistan Army, those killed include Khawarij ring leader Farman alias Saqib, Khawarij Amanullah alias Toriand, Kand hawarij Saeed alias Liaquat Khawarij Bilal.
According to the statement, all these terrorists were involved in several destructive activities in the area and were wanted by law enforcement agencies.
In another operation, security forces effectively killed 6 Khawarij in the Miran Shah area of North Waziristan.
According to the ISPR, during the fierce exchange of fire in this operation against the terrorists, Lieutenant Muhammad Hassan Arshaf (age 21, resident of Lahore district) bravely faced the enemy and lost his life. Along with him, three other soldiers also sacrificed their lives for the motherland.
