Rawalpindi: CTO Conducts Surprise Visit to Licensing Hall, Reviews Citizen Facilities

Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Farhan Aslam paid a surprise visit to the Licensing Hall at the Traffic Headquarters. During the inspection, he reviewed the licensing procedures, the facilities being provided to citizens, and overall system efficiency.

The CTO issued special instructions to further improve the licensing system and ordered that a separate counter be dedicated for senior citizens, women, and transgender persons. He also directly inquired from visitors about the quality of services being provided.

Farhan Aslam stated that in case of any complaints, citizens can visit during public hours from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. He emphasized that the vision of عثمان انور is being implemented in true spirit, ensuring all services are provided under one roof.

He added that driving licenses are being issued strictly through original CNIC verification, while transparency is ensured through a computerized sign test and video automated system.

CTO Farhan Aslam urged citizens to avail the services of the Rawalpindi traffic police for obtaining their driving licenses and to make use of the facilities being provided.
