Quetta’s Jinnah Road Turns into Hub of Immorality
The main commercial area of Quetta, Jinnah Road, has reportedly become a hub of open immorality, where late at night, the presence of transgender individuals and underage boys is leading to obscene acts and scenes of moral degradation. The situation has deteriorated to such an extent that respectable citizens have stopped walking on this road with their families.
Public circles are expressing deep anger and raising serious questions: Why are the police, district administration, and concerned authorities silent spectators to this blatant indecency? After 11 PM, a specific atmosphere develops on Jinnah Road where acts of obscenity by transgender persons and minors are openly visible. This not only violates social values but has also triggered serious fears of the spread of deadly diseases like AIDS among the public.
Citizens believe that such moral decay on Jinnah Road is destroying the city’s reputation and pushing the younger generation towards complete ruin.
Authorities must take immediate and serious action on this sensitive issue. If ignored, this open vulgarity could turn into a major social and medical crisis. Citizens have demanded that the Chief Minister of Balochistan, the Chief Secretary, Commissioner Quetta, and DIG Police launch a full-scale crackdown on Jinnah Road during the night and arrest all those involved in immoral activities—so that Quetta can be made a safe city free of indecency and disease.
