Quetta: Pakistani petrol pumps continue to sell Iranian petrol
Illegal sale of Iranian petrol has once again gained momentum in different areas of the city, while officials of the relevant police stations remain silent spectators despite clear orders from the DIG Quetta.
According to sources, illegal Iranian petrol pumps have been re-established in different areas of Quetta, whose owners have increased the price per liter to Rs 245.
Surprisingly, revelations are coming out that Iranian petrol is being sold at most of the Pakistani petrol pumps in the city.
Citizens say that the concerned police officials are not only aware of this illegal business but are also allegedly involved in it.
The public has demanded that the IG Balochistan and DIG Quetta take immediate and strict action against the pump owners and police officials involved in the illegal sale of Iranian petrol.
Citizens further say that if the police are unable to prevent Iranian petrol, then how can we expect action against other serious crimes?
