Quetta: Nephew Shoots Uncle Dead Outside Court
A family dispute over a property dispute turned into a bloody incident outside the Sessions Court in Quetta’s busy Sariab area on Thursday,
When a nephew got angry and shot and killed his uncle, while one person was also injured in the incident.
According to police sources, the parties had come to appear in court, where a heated argument started outside the court.
The matter escalated into a fight and the nephew pulled out a pistol and opened fire on his uncle. The victim died on the spot, while a passerby was also injured by the bullet.
After the incident, the police immediately reached the spot, surrounded the area and shifted the injured to the hospital.
The accused fled the scene, however, the police have registered a case and started raids to arrest him.
Police say that according to the initial investigation, the incident is purely the result of a property dispute, however, further investigations are ongoing.
