PTI Protest: Islamabad’s CIA Building Declared Sub-Jail
The Islamabad administration has declared CIA Building I-9 as a sub-jail.
Given the protests and arrests of the PTI, the administration has declared the CIA Building located on I-9 as a sub-jail.
The Chief Commissioner of Islamabad has issued a notification declaring the CIA Building as a sub-jail, according to which the building has been declared a sub-jail under Section 3 of the Article Prisoners Act 1894.
The Ministry of Law and Parliamentary Affairs approved the construction of a sub-jail at the request of the Islamabad administration. Those arrested in the recent protests will be kept in this sub-jail.
PTI protest and government preparations
PTI leaders and workers are moving towards Islamabad from different areas to protest in Islamabad, while some convoys have even reached the city government.

The Murree road leading to Faizabad has been closed by parking trucks at the double road, due to which those who go out for work are facing severe difficulties.
