PTI Founder Secures Bail In Toshakhana-ii Case
The Islamabad High Court also granted PTI founder Imran Khan bail in the Toshakhana case II.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb of the Islamabad High Court heard the bail application of the PTI founder in the Toshakhana case-II, in which Imran Khan’s lawyer Salman Safdar, and the FIA ​​prosecutor appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the court inquired what action was taken against the three customs officers who had set the wrong price.
On this, the FIA ​​prosecutor said that the customs officers had committed negligence but not criminal misconduct, the one who took financial benefit had committed criminal misconduct.
The prosecutor said the Bulgarian jewelry set was kept illegally and not deposited in the Toshakhana.
The FIA ​​prosecutor further said that whatever the court decides, the media already knows that the bail will be granted,
On this, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb said that the media should exempt themselves from it.
Justice Gul Hassan said that the media says that he fell ill knowingly, but did not come knowingly. If the media does not create a sensation, how will their business run?
Later, after the completion of arguments, the court also granted bail to Imran Khan in the Toshakhana II case.
