PTA Started Cyber Security Awareness On Saturday
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Cyber Security Awareness Week 2024 has begun today and will continue till December 15.
The week aims to create awareness about digital security at the individual and consumer level,
which will highlight the legal aspects of online security, data privacy, and cybercrimes, as enshrined in the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PEC).
During this period, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority will organize panel discussions in the presence of experts to provide important information to individuals and organizations on protecting themselves from cyber threats.
PTA invites citizens, businesses and educational institutions to view, post and share the content available on PTA’s social media handles and play their role in protecting Pakistan’s cyber environment.
