Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar emphasized on Sunday that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is tirelessly working to reform national institutions, with a strong focus on reviving Pakistan’s economy. Speaking to the media during the Urs celebrations of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh, Dar acknowledged the significant economic challenges the country has faced in recent years.
“Pakistan’s economy was on the verge of taking off when it encountered various obstacles,” Dar stated, expressing hope that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the nation will overcome these challenges. He urged for divine intervention, saying, “May Almighty Allah help us this time, so we can elevate Pakistan to an economically prestigious position on the global stage.”
Dar’s comments highlight the government’s commitment to restoring economic stability and implementing vital institutional reforms.
