Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has issued an important travel advisory for passengers in view of possible flight delays caused by road closures in Lahore and Islamabad.
According to the airline, the closure of highways and internal routes has created difficulties for crew members in reaching the airports, which may affect flight schedules.
PIA has advised passengers to check the latest status of their flights by contacting the airline’s helpline at 111-786-786 before leaving for the airport.
Passengers have also been requested to leave for the airport at least four to five hours before the scheduled departure time to avoid inconvenience or delays.
PIA has apologized to its valued passengers for any possible inconvenience and assured that all necessary measures are being taken to minimize disruptions.
