In this list, 3 Swiss cities, Zurich, Lausanne, and Geneva, were declared the most expensive cities in the world.
New York was at number four on the list.
The Swiss cities of Basel and Bern were ranked 5th and 6th respectively.
Similarly, the 2 American cities of San Francisco and Honolulu were ranked 7th and 8th, while the Icelandic capital Reykjavik was ranked 9th.
The American city of Boston was declared the 10th most expensive city.
According to the list, the cheapest city in the world is Coimbatore in India, above which is the Egyptian city of Alexandria.
The list stated that Lahore and Karachi are the third and fourth cheapest cities in the world, respectively, which are 85% cheaper than Zurich.
Islamabad is ranked 314th in the list, which is 83% cheaper than Zurich.
