Pakistan, UAE Sign Landmark Visa-Free Deal

Abu Dhabi: Pakistan and the UAE sign several important agreements, including visa-free entry and advanced technology. A new era of diplomatic, trade, and technical cooperation has begun between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.

Several important agreements, including visa-free entry, artificial intelligence, and a joint investment task force, were signed at the 12th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Commission held in Abu Dhabi.

The meeting was jointly chaired by Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.

On this occasion, both countries expressed their determination to further promote cooperation in areas such as trade, energy, defense, health, IT, education, manpower, food, railways, and climate change.

According to the Foreign Office, the visa-free entry agreement for diplomatic passport holders is a manifestation of the strength of relations between the two countries.

In addition, a task force has been formed to promote cooperation and investment in the field of artificial intelligence.

The meeting also decided that the next, i.e., the 13th meeting of the Pak-UAE Ministerial Commission, will be held in Pakistan.
