Pakistan Receives $1.02B Second Tranche From IMF
According to the State Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan has received the second tranche of SDR 760 million (US$ 1,023 million) from the IMF under the EFF program.

The IMF had announced a loan of $ 7 billion to Pakistan 3 months ago. This is the largest package in the country’s history to stabilize foreign exchange reserves.
Pakistan has to take steps in light of this package in the pre-budget and post-budget. Along with the steps, the date of receipt of the package amount in the next fiscal year will be announced
