Worth mentioning here. the outlawed insurgent group, the Baluch Liberation Army (BLA), claimed responsibility of the attack. While BLA, recognized as a global terrorist organization by Pakistan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, frequently exaggerates the impact of its violent operations.
The Balochistan province in Pakistan, abundant in natural resources, has been grappling with a prolonged insurgency led by BLA, TTP, and other outlawed insurgent factions for decades.
