In a coordinated effort, armed forces engaged the terrorists, resulting in the elimination of all four assailants during a joint clearance operation, statement.

The statement also confirmed that amidst the intense exchange of fire, Sepoy Noman Fareed, aged 24 and from Muzaffargarh, fought valiantly but ultimately made the ultimate sacrifice, embracing martyrdom in the line of duty. Worth mentioning here. the outlawed insurgent group, the Baluch Liberation Army (BLA), claimed responsibility of the attack. In a statement shared with the media, the BLA asserted that its so-called suicide unit,”the Majeed Brigade” , conducted the attack, resulting in significant losses for Pakistani forces.

While BLA, recognized as a global terrorist organization by Pakistan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, frequently exaggerates the impact of its violent operations.

The Balochistan province in Pakistan, abundant in natural resources, has been grappling with a prolonged insurgency led by BLA, TTP, and other outlawed insurgent factions for decades.
