Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and all three services chiefs congratulated the nation on the 26th anniversary of “Yum Takbeer”. I said that this occasion commemorates the historic success of Pakistan’s nuclear tests in 1998. The nuclear tests created a balance of minimal deterrence power in the region.
