Pak Army Chief Saves Deported Kids With Free Heart Treatment

After the Pahalgam False Flag Operation, the extremist policies of the Indian government have taken another sad and inhumane turn, when two innocent Pakistani children suffering from congenital heart disease were deported from India during treatment.

However, Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir took a timely and humanitarian step and won the hearts of the nation by arranging free treatment for the children.

Shahid Ahmed, a resident of Hyderabad (Sindh), said that his two children, 9-year-old Abdullah and 7-year-old Mansa, are suffering from congenital heart disease.

After intense efforts and a long struggle of 7 years, he finally got a medical visa for India. He took the children to the Indian city of Faridabad for treatment on April 21, 2025.

According to Shahid Ahmed, the children were fully tested on April 22, and the operation date was also fixed for the next day, April 23, but suddenly a call came from the Indian Foreigners Registration Office that they had to leave India within 48 hours.

He said, “I had gone to give life to the children, but the Modi government treated us inhumanely and dashed all our hopes.”

However, according to him, when this matter came to light in Pakistan, Army Chief General Asim Munir took a personal interest and arranged for free treatment for both the children.

The children’s father said, “There is no religion greater than humanity. I am deeply grateful to the General who revived the hope of my children.”

This incident is also a question mark for the international community: Can politics be done on human lives?

Pakistan has raised the awareness of humanity in comparison to India’s insensitivity. The Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) in Rawalpindi has immediately admitted two Pakistani children suffering from heart disease and taken over their complete treatment.

It should be remembered that these are the same children who were deported by India during their treatment as a political vendetta after the Pahalgam incident.

However, Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir not only took immediate notice but also set a high example of humanity by arranging free treatment for the children.

According to AFIC cardiologist Dr. Mehboob Sultan, 9-year-old Abdullah and 7-year-old Mansa are suffering from congenital heart disease, which has a hole in the heart and weak pulmonary vessels.

This is a complex disease, which is called ‘Tetralogy of Fallot’. Their treatment will be done in stages, and the first stage will be completed in the next few days.

Commandant AFIC Brigadier Dr. Khurram Akhtar said that the institution is providing complete treatment facilities as per international standards, and there is no need to send these children abroad for treatment.

He said, “Where extremism in India has trampled humanity, Pakistan’s institutions have presented the face of a civilized and responsible state to the world.”

The timely and humanitarian action of the Army Chief and AFIC not only gave new life to the hope of afamilyy, but also proved that Pakistani institutions are ready to serve their citizens at any moment.
