Our Young Tigers Have Made The Nation Proud: PM

After Pakistan’s Under-19 cricket team handed India a humiliating defeat in the Asia Cup final, the Prime Minister hosted a grand reception in honor of the young champions and announced massive cash rewards.

The Prime Minister personally welcomed each member of the national Under-19 team, shook hands individually, and praised them for their historic victory. According to sources, he announced a cash prize of Rs 10 million for each player for their outstanding performance in the final, drawing applause and celebrations from the players and attendees.

Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that the young cricketers had made the entire nation proud by defeating India by a huge margin. He added that such a dominant victory clearly shows that the future of Pakistan cricket is in safe and capable hands.

Senior government officials and the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board were also present at the ceremony. The Prime Minister gave special appreciation to batsman Sameer Minhas for his exceptional performance in the final and also praised the team management and supporting staff for their hard work.

It is worth mentioning that Pakistan’s Under-19 team defeated arch-rivals India by a massive margin of 191 runs in the Asia Cup final to clinch the title. Upon their return to the country, the young heroes received a historic and enthusiastic welcome from cricket fans.
