The Supreme Court ordered to issue a summons notice to former Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri after he did not appear again despite the summons. In the Supreme Court, a hearing was held on the appeal against the de-seating of Qasim Suri, in which, despite the summons, Qasim Suri Suri did not appear again.
The court also ordered the summon notice to be passed outside Qasim Suri’s house. The court remarked during the hearing that Qasim Suri deliberately did not appear in the Supreme Court. Naeem Bukhari said that I have no contact with Qasim Suri. The Chief Justice said in his remarks that the next hearing will be held in July, and the next date will be fixed in the court order, after which the Supreme Court postponed the hearing until next month.
