Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq took notice of the arrests of PTI leaders from Parliament and decided to take action.
During the National Assembly session, Speaker Ayaz Sadiq said that he will take action on the incident of last night and will not remain silent, the incident will be viewed seriously.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that unfortunately when the first attack on the Parliament took place when the Speaker was in the air, then the Parliament Lodges were attacked.
He said that a stand will have to be taken, all the videos are fake, the person responsible will have to be determined and if the FIR is also cut, I will do it and nominate.
Mahmood Khan Achakzai said that production orders should be issued for those who were arrested.
Later, the Speaker National Assembly called the leadership of all political parties into the chamber, and Ali Muhammad Khan, Azam Nazir Tarar, Naveed Qamar, and Mahmood Khan Achakzai reached the speaker’s chamber.
The leaders consulted with the speaker’s office on the incident that happened last night. The Speaker of the National Assembly handed over the CCTV footage of all the entrances and exits of the National Assembly, while Ali Muhammad Khan also provided all the footage of the previous day’s incident to the Speaker.
Negotiations between the government and PTI took place in the Essekar Chamber in which the PTI members demanded the negotiation team release the production orders of the arrested members.
