Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to the Faizabad Traffic Center to review the facilities available for citizens.
The minister conducted a thorough inspection of all licensing procedures and personally checked the token room, sign test, and physical test centers. Interacting directly with citizens, he assessed the performance of the staff.
One citizen remarked, “The licensing system is a bit slow,” to which Minister Naqvi responded, “I have instructed the IG to speed it up.”
The Interior Minister also directed immediate measures to address citizens’ issues, including providing additional machines and facilities to ensure that all procedures are transparent and timely.
Accompanying him were Chief Traffic Officer SSP Hamza Himayon, Chief Commissioner Islamabad, IG Islamabad, and Additional Deputy Commissioner.
