Missing MPA’s Son Found Safe in Gwadar

The young son of Balochistan Assembly member Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman, Abdul Basit, who went missing from the Saudabad area of ​​Karachi, has been recovered safe and sound from Gwadar.

Abdul Basit, a student at Madrasa Jamia Hanifia and in the seventh grade, left the madrasa without informing anyone and traveled to Gwadar by bus.

Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman confirmed the recovery of his son and said that it was a very disturbing time for me, but by the grace of Allah, Abdul Basit has returned.

He thanked all the individuals, institutions, government figures and parties who supported the search.

According to the madrasa superintendent Yameen Mansoori, Abdul Basit left the madrasa without informing anyone and was later found out through friends.

The police have registered an FIR of the incident on the complaint of Abdul Basit’s maternal grandfather, Muhammad Adam, and CCTV footage is being obtained.
