Lahore’s air quality index was recorded at 229 and Karachi’s air quality index was recorded at 181.

It should be noted that an air quality index between 151 and 200 is considered hazardous, and a 201 to 300 index is considered extremely hazardous, while an air quality index above 301 is considered hazardous pollution.
