Ishaq Dar, Uzbek FM Discuss Bilateral Ties In Call
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar and Uzbek Foreign Minister Saidov Bakhtiar Adulovich held a telephone conversation,
discussing bilateral relations, regional ties, and matters of mutual interest between the two countries.
During the conversation, special attention was paid to the Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan (UAP) railway line project, which is being considered a major development for the promotion of trade and connectivity in the region.
The two Foreign Ministers expressed the hope that the framework agreement for the project will be finalized soon, which will play an important role in the stability and economic development of the region.
The regional situation was also discussed, and the sides reiterated their commitment to continue close cooperation.
