Iran Launches 100 Drones in Retaliation Against Israel
Jerusalem / Tehran: The situation in the Middle East has become serious. In response to the Israeli aggression, Iran fired more than 100 drones towards Israel, which the Israeli army claimed were destroyed in the air.
Israeli army spokesman Brigadier General Effie Defren said that “100 UAVs were sent by Iran in the attack, which our defense technology disabled before reaching the target.”
An Israeli military spokesman has confirmed that the Iranian army chief, the commander of the Revolutionary Guards, and the head of the emergency command were killed in the Israeli air strikes on Iran last night.
Iranian official sources have confirmed that two renowned nuclear scientists, Dr. Fereydoun Abbasi and Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, were martyred in the Israeli attack.
Abbasi was the former head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, who was also assassinated in 2010.
Israel has declared a nationwide state of emergency after a strong response from Iran.
Despite airstrikes, drone strikes, and a fully operational defense system, there is a sense of fear and uncertainty in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
