Independence Day: Civil Awards Announced For 104 Pakistanis, Foreigners

President Asif Ali Zardari has approved the awarding of national honors to 104 prominent personalities, including Pakistanis and foreigners, in recognition of their extraordinary services to the nation.

The awards will be presented during a special ceremony on the occasion of Pakistan Day on March 23, 2025.

The symbol of Pakistan
Late Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto will be awarded posthumously for his outstanding services in public service.
Star of Courage
Panjgur Deputy Commissioner Zakir Hussain Baloch (posthumous).
Malik Sabz Ali and Captain (retd) Hamza Anjum (posthumous).
Star of Pakistan
Dr. Majid bin Abdullah al-Qasabi and engineer Abdullah Al-Sawaha.
Hilal Imtiaz
Olympian Arshad Nadeem will be awarded in the sports category.
Amir Hafeez Ibrahim in the field of science and technology.
Sadia Rasheed in the field of education.
