Islamabad High Court ordered to deal with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.

Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq heard the petition against the sealing of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) took the stand that illegal construction took place. Some other obligations are also left. The first notice was given in 2014.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq ordered to de-seal of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House. The court in a dialogue with CDA’s lawyer said that you can do it according to the law.

If there is something, notice it and you will see it. Don’t sound like you’re targeting anyone. I am deciding to de-seal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.
