If Provoked Again, Enemy Will Be Crushed: PM Shehbaz
ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif visited Kamra Air Base to address the courageous personnel of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), following what he termed as the “most decisive aerial combat of the 21st century.”
Speaking to the airmen, he said, “The enemy once again miscalculated Pakistan’s resolve and has been crushed under the weight of our response. If they dare to look at Pakistan with a hostile eye again, they will be trampled under our feet.”
The Prime Minister congratulated the PAF on behalf of 240 million Pakistanis and stated, “You shattered the illusion of enemy supremacy with your unmatched professionalism and courage. This recent brief conflict has altered regional dynamics and shocked the world.”
He said PAF downed 6 enemy aircraft and intercepted drones, calling it a victory that will be studied for ages. “Our Shaheens reminded the world of M.M. Alam, Cecil Chaudhry, and Sarfraz Rafiqui,” he added.
Referring to Indian claims and provocations, Shehbaz Sharif said, “The war frenzy has now faded. It’s time to talk peace, but based on justice. The Kashmir issue must be resolved as per UN resolutions.”
He also paid tribute to the martyrs and announced that the government would ensure their families’ welfare. He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to peace but warned that any aggression would be met with a crushing response.
