Hangu: Terrorist Attack on FC Post, 3 Personnel Martyred, 17 Injured

Hangu (Web Desk) — In Tora Wari area of district Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, terrorists attacked a post of the Frontier Constabulary (FC), leaving three personnel martyred and 17 others injured.

According to SP Operations Asad Zubair, the FC fort in Doaba was targeted by militants; however, police and FC troops retaliated strongly, forcing the attackers to flee. The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the incident, stating that the attack by Indian-backed terrorists was foiled by the FC personnel who laid down their lives in defense of the nation. He paid tribute to the martyrs, emphasizing that their sacrifices will not go in vain.

The interior minister also expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs and directed that the best medical facilities be provided to the injured. He added that the nation takes pride in the bravery of its soldiers and salutes their courage and sacrifices.
