Hajj 2026 Registration Deadline: July 9 Last Chance to Apply
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that Wednesday, July 9, is the last day of registering for future pilgrims for Hajj 2026.
Registration can be completed through 15 designated banks or conveniently via the online portal, allowing applicants to register from home. Overseas Pakistanis with valid passports have also been urged to complete the process promptly online.
A ministry spokesperson stated that applicants may choose between the government and private Hajj schemes, and that details regarding Hajj 2026 expenses and policies will be released as per official guidelines.
Only those who register by Nine 9 will be considered eligible for HAJJ 2026. The number of applicants will also help determine Pakistan’s quota, in coordination with the Saudi Arabian authorities, as per the updated registration framework.
In a global context, 1,673,230 pilgrims participated in the Hajj this year, including 1,506,576 international pilgrims from 171 countries. Notably, the gender balance was among the most even in Hajj history, with 877,841 men and 795,389 women participating. Saudi Arabia also recorded 166,654(One hundred sixty-six thousand six hundred fifty-four) domestic pilgrims this yea.r
